INEOS set to enter biofuels market

Chemicals giant Ineos is to build a biodiesel plant by 2008, "probably" at its Grangemouth facility in Scotland. French company Roquette and biofuels newcomer Losonoco are also planning bioethanol plants that would more than double UK production capacity.
