SEPA shames failing industrial sites
Alcan, Norboard, Scottish Power and Marine Harvest are among owners of 13 industrial sites failing to make the grade under the Scottish Environment Protection Agency’s environmental management rating scheme in 2005. But fewer sites failed than in previous years, indicating SEPA has forced operators to improve.
