UK sets carbon cap for EUETS

The amount of annual carbon dioxide allowances that will be set under the UK’s second National Allocation Plan (NAP) for 2008-2012 will be 238 million – seven million less than sites are currently allowed to emit – Environment Secretary David Miliband told Parliament on Thursday
