BP and Dupont form partnership for 'new' biofuels

BP and DuPont have formed a joint venture to produce "next generation" biofuels. Its first product, biobutanol - a fuel that has a higher calorific value than bioethanol - will be produced at British Sugar's Wissington plant in Norfolk from "late 2007".
