Brewery loses radioactive item

Birmingham-based Aston Manor Brewery was fined £10,000 and £2,391 in costs by Birmingham magistrates on 6 October after admitting to losing a radioactive source used in a level gauge, contrary to section 32 of the Radioactive Substances Act 1993.
