Scottish Minister admits slow progress on sustainable development

The Scottish Executive has set out how it intends to beef up arrangements for delivering sustainable development following a critical review of its work last autumn. It is promising much - but Environment Minister Ross Finnie let slip at a parliamentary hearing in December how frustrated he is with his colleagues at their slow pace in integrating sustainability into their policies.
