SEPA in ten-year struggle with glass fibre plant
For ten years, the Scottish Environment Protection Agency has been struggling to reduce odorous emissions from a glass fibre manufacturing site operated by US-owned company Hollinee. The company has twice appealed against improvements which would require investment in new abatement equipment.
