SEPA issues guide on site performance and inspection rates

The Scottish Environment Protection Agency has published draft guidance on how risk assessment tools such as the operator performance and risk appraisal (OPRA) scheme are to be linked with the level of regulatory oversight including inspections.1 SEPA is due to publish OPRA scores in the summer.
