UK may restrict use of Kyoto credits
Companies under the EU emissions trading scheme may be barred from using project credits from abatement of greenhouse gases other than CO2, the Environment Department (DEFRA) has suggested.1 Meanwhile, the UK appears to have won a temporary exclusion for 330 installations under climate change agreements (CCAs).
