Amendments to PPC regime in Northern Ireland

The Department of the Environment has made a number of minor amendments to the pollution prevention and control (PPC) regulations in Northern Ireland which came into force in June.1 The amendments mirror changes already made in the rest of the UK to exclude or include certain activities from regulation and make corrections to the regulations (ENDS Report 355, p 36 ).
