Agency names listed parent companies of worst polluting firms
The Environment Agency has named and shamed the stock market listed parent companies of firms prosecuted for the worst pollution incidents in 2004 in its latest Spotlight report on business performance.1 The Agency's call for more frequent use of anti-social behaviour orders (ASBOs) has angered some businesses.
