Study sinks integration of EMAS/eco-label schemes

A study for the European Commission to review the EU Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS) and the product eco-labelling scheme suggests that neither has made a marked impact on the marketplace. The study has so far found "very little support" for the suggestion that the two schemes could somehow be merged.
