HSE shifts focus of COMAH safety reports

Reform of the safety report regime for "top-tier" sites controlled under the COMAH regulations on major accident hazards was proposed by the Health and Safety Executive in April.1 Companies will be expected to spend less time on formal five-year reviews of their reports and engage in more frequent "change reviews".
