SEPA to force closure of smelly renderer
An Aberdeen rendering plant operated by Dundas Brothers, for years the focus of odour complaints, is being forced to close by the Scottish Environment Protection Agency. SEPA decided to revoke the company's local air pollution control (LAPC) authorisation after the firm failed to carry out upgrading work.
