DfT set to ditch grants for LPG vehicles
The Department for Transport is planning to redirect its Powershift grant programme from vehicles with low emissions of air pollutants towards those producing less CO2. The DfT's plans to make the grants "technology neutral" may allow it to quietly withdraw support from liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), which currently receives the lion's share of the grants.
