Failure to replace sewer costs Welsh Water over £9,000

Welsh Water has been fined £6,500 after polluting a tributary of the river Alyn, near Mold, with sewage. Carol Sorahan, chair of Mold Magistrates Court, called the company's handling of the incident "inadequate".
