Greens unhappy with Ministers' line on mining wastes and F-gases

Political agreements on measures to regulate mining wastes and fluorinated gases were reached at the Environment Council in October - to a frosty reception from environmental groups. Ministers also opened discussions on whether to beef up measures to air pollution and carbon dioxide emissions from cars.
