Clancy Docwra fined for disturbing wildlife
Construction firm Clancy Docwra of Harefield, Uxbridge, was ordered to pay £7,000 in fines and costs on 30 November after disturbing freshwater wildlife habitats in Cumbria. Appearing before Kendal magistrates, the company admitted carrying out work on two sensitive tributaries of the river Mint without the necessary permission from the Environment Agency.
