New ruling partnership promises a greener Scotland

Significant innovations in Scotland's environmental justice arrangements are on the cards following elections in May which gave the Scottish Parliament a distinctly greener hue. The new ruling partnership has promised to put environmental concerns at the heart of public policy - and will start off with three environment Bills in the 2003/04 session.
