Crypto study finds little evidence of tap water link

A study of cases of the stomach bug cryptosporidiosis sponsored by the Drinking Water Inspectorate has found little evidence of a link with drinking tap water.1 The study looked at sporadic cases not associated with major outbreaks, but may paint an overly rosy picture because it was conducted during the foot and mouth outbreak.
