Scottish Water fined again

Scottish Water has been ordered to pay £3,000 after admitting to a discharge of raw sewage into a watercourse from its Auchengeich sewage treatment works. The incident in January this year was spotted during a routine inspection by the Scottish Environment Protection Agency.
