Lightning strikes twice at EWS

Rail freight business English, Welsh & Scottish Railways was hit with its third sizeable water pollution fine in three years in late October. The latest penalty was for an oil leak at its Didcot depot which killed fish in a nearby lake - exactly the same spot affected by another oil spill four years earlier.
