Revised EC chemical rules require more environmental data
Warnings of the environmental hazards posed by chemicals have begun to appear on a harmonised EC list of substances which suppliers must use on product labels. And existing EC rules on safety data sheets have been beefed up to ensure that environmental information is provided to professional users of dangerous preparations.
