"Polluting" solvent recycler to get notice to quit
Edinburgh-based solvent recoverer Lothian Chemical is to be given notice to quit by its local authority landlord. The council claims that the firm has breached the terms of its lease by polluting its site with solvents, causing asmell nuisance which has dogged part of the city for years.
