Delays dog preparations for eco-labelling launch

The repeated delays in the launch of the EC's eco-labelling scheme appear not to have improved the chances that it will go ahead with a good supply of products in the starting line-up. The signs are that environmental criteria will be agreed for only about six product groups by early summer.
