  • With the growing use of granular activated carbon (GAC) plants to remove pesticides and solvents from drinking water, Anglian H&G is to build a 25 tonnes per day reactivation plant for Thames Water in Kempton Park. This is the third such plant built by Anglian H&G, a joint venture between Anglian Water and H&G Process Contracting. It has also been awarded a contract to build a GAC plant for Mid-Southern Water at Maidenhead.
