Environment agencies Bill makes it onto legislative agenda

A paving Bill to enable preparations for the establishment of two environment agencies in Britain to continue was announced in the Queen's Speech which opened the new session of Parliament on 18 November. The Bill will make it possible for the agencies to be up and running in summer 1995.
