Detergent industry initiative to reduce packaging

Despite the recent advances made by the detergent industry in reducing packaging and chemical usage in selected products, supermarket shelves - and even more so the professional cleaning market - are still dominated by traditional products. The Soap and Detergent Industry Association (SDIA) is looking to rectify this with a new packaging code of practice.
