IBM UK: Shaping a greener marketing edge

An external review has concluded that IBM UK's environmental management systems and procedures are up with the state of the art - but has also highlighted an emerging environmental challenge for IBM in the marketplace. The company is responding with an in-depth comparison of the environmental performance of its competitors' products against its own - and will be educating its customers about the desirability of including environmental specifications in their purchasing policies.
