What is ESOS Phase 2?

The Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS) was introduced by the government in 2014 to promote energy efficiency in response to the EU Energy Efficiency Directive. The scheme requires large enterprises to assess their energy use every four years and is now in its second phase.
