Gove: DEFRA’s agencies ‘might be merged’

DEFRA’s non-departmental public bodies are under review and could be merged after Brexit, environment secretary Michael Gove has told MPs. The review is part of a look at the fitness of DEFRA’s overall landscape post-Brexit and is being led by Shaun Gallagher, DEFRA’s director general for strategy delivery.
