Description of offence: Failing to disinfect water supplied for domestic purposes, contrary to regulations 26(1)(a) and 33(1) and failing to design and continuously operate an adequate treatment process, contrary to regulations 26(4) and Regulation 33(1) for the first incident and contravened regulations 26(1)(b) and 33(1), for the second incident under the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2016.
