New waste fine - £3,500

Three men have been fined for running an “orchestrated” fly-tipping operation in Havant which cost the Environment Agency (EA) £100,000 to clear.

Daniel Worboys of Rubbish Clearance Portsmouth, Jason Newman of What A Load Of Rubbish and Sidney Simpson of S&S Clearances were ordered to pay compensation amounting to £3,500
