Before Belfast Magistrates’ Court on 3 September, ISL Waste Management Ltd admitted polluting the river Blackwater with an oily discharge in 2016. It was the result of washing skips at its premises in Mallusk. The firm was fined £5,000 with a £15 offenders’ levy.
