1 Millmore & Ors v Environment Agency (January 2019)

Five Southern Water employees were successfully prosecuted for obstructing Environment Agency (EA) officers. During the investigation, officers were met with a “lack of cooperation” by the utility’s employees and “in some cases with conduct which was clearly calculated to frustrate the inspection”, the judgment said.
