Conviction over waste tyre hoards

Waste tyre processing firm Synergy Tyres (Midland) Ltd and was ordered to pay £11,250 and its director Andrew Eyre, from Northampton was handed a 12-month prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with 120 hours of unpaid work, for storing tyres in breach of permit conditions at two sites.
