Natural capital assessments of new policies ‘inadequate’, say government advisers

The government’s Natural Capital Committee (NCC) has found ‘limited evidence’ that natural capital is being considered in policy appraisals and has said this must be ‘urgently addressed’ to avoid further degradation of the country’s natural assets.
