Mossmorran: ExxonMobil could face prosecution over ‘unacceptable flaring’

ExxonMobil is facing the prospect of legal action over unauthorised flaring last year at its Mossmorran ethylene complex near Fife, after the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) announced it would ask Scotland’s legal authorities to consider prosecution.
