Strict no-go marine designations recommended by DEFRA-commissioned review

Highly protected marine areas (HPMAs) that prohibit all damaging activities should be set up without delay to allow struggling ocean ecosystems to recover and to help tackle climate change, according to an independent review led by former fisheries minister Richard Benyon.
