What targets should be set out in the Environment Bill?

“The big issue is that there is a provision in the Environment Bill to require the long-term setting of legally binding targets in four areas – air, water, waste, biodiversity,” said Ruth Chambers, senior parliamentary affairs associate of the Green Alliance. “Just stop there for a minute.
