COP26: UK government on the hunt for ‘net zero’ sponsors

Next year’s UN climate change summit will only receive sponsorship from companies that have set “ambitious net zero commitments by 2050 or earlier”, the UK government has said, in a move that appears to rule out the vast majority of fossil fuel producers.
