EXCLUSIVE: More than half of waste operators could be illegally landfilling toxic waste

Sampling carried out by the Environment Agency (EA) suggests more than half of waste operators could be breaking the law by misclassifying toxic waste as non-hazardous and disposing of it at landfills, ENDS has learned.
