Approval for ‘time-saving’ nuclear development ‘not irrational’

Preparatory work for the planned Sizewell C nuclear power station should proceed, a High Court judge has ruled, dismissing arguments that much of the environmental information provided in support of the application was “unlikely to still be valid” as it was more than three years old.
