Minister dismisses biodiversity net gain concerns in 90km pipeline approval

Plans to replace 90km of an aviation fuel pipeline running from London to Southampton have been given the go-ahead by the business secretary, who dismissed several local authorities’ concerns that the project's promoter had not demonstrated that the plans would achieve biodiversity net gain.
