Coronavirus: DEFRA tells ecologists to social distance from dormice

Ecologists working during the Covid-19 pandemic should only capture or handle wild mammals such as hazel dormice if absolutely necessary and avoid burrows, dens and roosts wherever possible, according to new guidance set out by DEFRA and Natural England.
