Research reveals ‘huge gap’ in regulatory enforcement
Emma Howard Boyd, the chair of the Environment Agency (EA), has said her organisation “does not have the resources it needs” to effectively protect the environment, in response to new research which has highlighted a “huge gap” in UK regulatory enforcement capacity.
