Eustice: Ongoing ECJ legal cases will ‘fall away’ after transition period

Ongoing cases involving the UK’s infringement of European environmental laws will ‘fall away’ on 1 January 2021, according to environment secretary George Eustice, a position that appears to be at odds with that of the European Commission.
