‘Selfish’ potato grower to pay £8,000 for illegal abstraction

Dennis (Haddenham) Ltd, which raises potatoes in Cambridgeshire, has been made to pay £8,000 for repeatedly abstracting water without a licence and for breaching the conditions of an existing licence at separate locations.
