EXCLUSIVE: Deregulation has undermined UK environmental objectives, finds report

A decade of ideologically-driven deregulation has left environmental destruction, poorer public health, less energy efficient homes and polluted water in its wake, according to an analysis from campaign group Unchecked UK.
