‘Wing it with a few press releases’: Johnson’s COP26 preparations slammed

A former minister, who was appointed to head COP26 before being abruptly sacked, has told a cross-party group of MPs that Boris Johnson and his team took the view that they could “wing” preparations for the global climate summit with “a few press releases".
